icare, we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience at the lowest cost, while reserving the right to adjust prices from time to time based on logistical conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location. Shipping will be charged with your purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.

Our warehouse operates 24/7 during regular business hours, except for national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link through which they can monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

4. Packages Damaged in Transit

If you find your package damaged in transit, please refuse the package from the shipping company and contact customer service, if applicable. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated during checkout based on your location. Sales tax will be collected with your purchase.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and icare encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to icare at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the goods paid for less the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Refund Policy.

7. Insurance

Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value determined by the carrier.
